It's only been about 2 weeks since Christmas but it is already a distant memory. It seems the holiday season sneaks up so quickly but also disappears just as fast. This year the holiday weekend was surprisingly mellow. My parents came up Thursday to help us with some yard work and Pam's boyfriend George had come up from Mexico the week before and that was it for company. Christmas morning was definitely more fun this year with Fiona....she had a great time opening presents, and not just hers either :) Of course at this age the opening and playing with the boxes are so much more fun than the actual gifts! Even though there wasn't a huge house full of people we cooked like there was and ate way too much. I was able to take some Christmas photos of Fiona and I'm also dubbing them 14 month pics too. I don't plan on doing monthly photos anymore, maybe every couple of months to keep my sanity :)
